Our Transformative Inclusion Engagements are designed for corporations and institutions that are serious about integrating anti-racists ableism practices into the core of their operations. Initial Consultation

A dedicated session with decision-makers to understand where your organization is at, where it wants to go, and what’s needed to get there—based on honest dialogue, not performative checkboxes.

Live, Interactive Training Sessions

Minimum of two live sessions for non-decision-makers. These are designed to build foundational understanding and shared language across your team.
Note: We do not distribute static slide decks or pre-recorded materials. Our sessions are live, relational, and responsive.

Community of Practice for Decision-Makers

A facilitated space to support senior leadership in deepening their understanding of the intersection of race and disability,engaging in critical thinking and reflection, applying what they learn, and building accountability into their roles.
We help leadership integrate inclusion work into strategy.

Sustainable Integration Support

Our work doesn’t end with the last session. We help you embed and sustain the changes through strategic reflection, internal alignment, and meaningful follow-through.

We offer a sliding scale for nonprofits, social enterprises, and community-led organizations. We are committed to access and equity in how we deliver our work.
