Staff at Race and Disability Canada live and work on the traditional territories of many Indigenous Nations, including Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the un-ceded Anishinobe Algonquin territory. We acknowledge the legacy of colonization and oppression of indigenous peoples in Canada and beyond. We hope that all indigenous people in Canada and around the world have their rights protected and honoured. As a Canada-wide organization committed to tackling issues within the interconnectedness of race and disability, our work is bound with indigenous solidarity.
