IDEA-L: Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Leadership is four-session leadership series is designed specifically for Indigenous, Black, and Racialized people with disabilities seeking to build capacity and gain education about disability rights, history, and advocacy. In this dynamic series, unpack key topics like understanding your rights, exploring disability justice movements, fostering community solidarity, and mastering self-advocacy. You’ll engage in interactive discussions, exchange valuable resources, and develop essential leadership skills. We want to uplift you as an individual changemaker in your community.
